On May 3, the celebration ceremony for the commissioning of Bluestar Central Asia joint venture chloroprene rubber production plant with an annual output of 30000 tons was held in Yanggao County, Datong City, Shanxi Province. Serge middot, President of the Republic of Armenia; Sarkisian attended the ceremony and witnessed the official production of this large cooperation project between the two countries in Central Asia. Also present at the ceremony was Edward middot, foreign minister of the Republic of Armenia; Almen middot, Minister of narban River, energy and natural resources; Mofsi and his entourage.  
the Central Asia joint venture project with an annual output of 30000 tons of chloroprene rubber is undertaken by Shanna Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd., jointly funded by Bluestar Shanxi Synthetic Rubber Group Co., Ltd. and nayiritt company of the Republic of Armenia. The project was started in June 2007. By March this year, it has completed a total investment of 1.65 billion yuan, and successfully completed the construction of production management facilities, public auxiliary facilities and production devices.

Armenian Minister of energy and natural resources Almen middot; Mofsisang said at the ceremony that the annual output of 30000 tons of chloroprene rubber project is a large cooperation project between Asia and China, and Asia has high expectations. Ren Jianxin, general manager of China National Chemical Corporation and chairman of China Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd., said that China National Chemical Corporation will support Shanna's continuous expansion of plant scale and more reasonable industrial structure to build a comprehensive large-scale enterprise with resource conservation and environment-friendly.
